Weekly Letter to Mission President  - 26 Mar 2018: Hey president we just had sister nat get the holy ghost this week! She's definitely going to be a great addition to the ward. But we have a lot of investigators that are potential and even though we do have progressing individuals we're working on turning those potentials into more progressing. I am doing good. This is important work. I have come to realize that.

Weekly Letter to Mission President - 19 Mar 2018: Hey president! Very happy that we were able to receive that training for zone conference. It was extremely applicable and helpful. One thing I liked is when elder Bjarnsen said that when you are thinking about what to say as the investigator is saying something, you can't listen. And then youre not following what the spirit would have you say in that moment. I'm kind of bad at listening. I think that's a good idea. Also the three things I am going to work on are: 1. More Effective Study 2. Be Better At Wasting Time In Planning And With getting Distracted (phone, guitar etc.) 3. Obedience (make a list of things I can work on)  4. Study restoration……Well I am doing well and I am very happy to be a missionary and to have the relationship that I have with my heavenly father. Good luck with your work!

Hey everyone I only wrote a couple of days ago so not much has changed, except for the fact that I'm in an insane city talking to everyone taking taxis everywhere and busses and random trucks also my companion is sick. He is a very good missionary. He is a hard worker and hes got a really good heart. Hes a little quieter than me. But most people are so... but yeah the last few days have been fantastic. When I got here we got right into working! We had our first appointment with an investigator sister nat. She is amazing and will be baptized for sure. She has come to church. She has the faith part down, she just always asks what she needs to do like before we were done with the gospel of Jesus Christ she was asking what all the commandments were. Our job is easy with her. Shes already friends with members and knows all the activities before we do. Very fun here, you just invite wherever you go and you just have like a ton of potential investigators. Haha we were inviting in the fron...

  Weekly Letter to Mission President - 05 Mar 2018: Hey President I am amazed at how different the city is from the places I have been. Gempheng and Ubon were nothing like this. I think I will be getting used to it shortly. Right now I am just trying to figure out were everything is and where the vans and สองแถว go. I am learning how to work this way too. I like how we are always able to talk to people and just talk with them and then lead the gospel into it. One of my goals by the end of my mission is to know how to not be lazy. This area has helped a lot. I feel good. I still am learning how to find the times where I just slow down and refocus on my relationship with Heavenly Father. The fast forward of everything is just something I need to get used to. I think my Thai will get a lot better here too because I will be talking with everyone all the time. I feel good. I'm not going to lie the notion of possibly leading this area is a little daunting. I just will have to get used to...
