GREENIE EVERY DAY
Hey, the weekly recap this week is pretty good! Was transfers but not as stressful as usual because me and elder Sukyong were pretty sure we were staying here. So that what happened! Yeah! Pretty pumped to get to know the members here better, They are very cool. We play sports with them in the mornings and stuff. Its a way good time.
This week we have been teaching moo a lot. He loves every time we come and hes the best guy. We have been teaching a bunch of people way out in the boonies, like rice field/swamp areas so there are a bunch of people like Thi and her daughter Ti who is disabled the older one is like eighty and the younger one is like thirty. She is really interested in the plan of salvation and praying. On Tuesday it was Mcdonalds birthday and he didn't tell anyone so we didn't do anything for it. Oh yeah My birthday was on the 6th... I'm 19... weird. But yeah boi also It was my six month mark on the fifth. That's also weird. I like the saying that you are a greenie everyday. Cuz thats' how I feel. We had a little party for me and Mcdonald on my birthday. We ate pizza at the church. We also made a fire and roasted hot dogs. We visited a ton of LA's which was one of our goals this transfer, which we have done which means I'm happy. We had a bunch of LA returns I dont know how many. I am pumped. We had a family reurn to church this past sunday and had an investigator there. His name is สัญซัย hes old. sorry literally you cant even get close to spelling these names correctly in English.
We tried calling sister ud on sunday and other days and her phone was broken. We thought she blocked us tho so we were freaking out. Then we went to see her and she explained it. but yeah shes doing great. Cleaned the house and got a new bed on monday. My bed is now jimmy rigged to the very top of the posts on the bunk bed so im like three feet away from the ceiling haha. Tuesday was one of the best days of my mission. I was able to understand a ton. We literally went Inviting all afternoon. And we literally met and committed two people on the spot to be Baptized. One was this 17 year old girl that is one of our other investigators daughter. Probably going to have to give her to the sisters though. And this older guy who was out workin in his rice feild. Right in the middle of our lesson. He just stops and looks over grabs this random sling shot and shoots this bird. It was funny. Anyways I think this transfer has been a little bit of a refiner transfer. Its been hard but rewarding.

This past week has been good! I have learned a lot of things from Elder Sukyong including hard work, and pretty much how a missionary should act. He is very good at knowing his purpose. I am excited to spend another transfer with him. We are probably going to move really soon. The house is pretty big too so I'm actually excited to sort of arrange and clean it haha if that makes sense. We have been teaching a lot of LA's and have been focusing on our prospective and our actual daters. We actually had a really good day yesterday where we got two daters. We have one already right now so yeah the work is good. I think our diligence has paid off in a way. Something that I struggle with sometimes is speaking Thai well with everyone other than Sukyong and understanding people is still kind of hard. But yeah just gonna keep trying to learn words.
