Weekly Letter to Mission President - 26 Feb 2018: President, Sorry, I forgot to write you last week. I think it was longer than that too. I have a lot to tell you. We were doing good in Ubon when I left, me and Sukyong had a lot of daters. I think like 5 or something like that. Our problem was that we were still working on getting them baptized. There was also this new investigator named gi and she was so sick and she is so open hearted. She is a single mom I think and she has a cute little baby who's name is manaw. She was almost waiting for a date when we gave it to her. Going to keep up with how that is going. But! Transfers! I honestly thought that me Elder Ridd and Sister Bingham were going to stay, I know its for good reasons but it just wasn't what I expected.I was a little apprehensive at first when the call said I was going to be in Bangkok and I am still getting used to how many people are in a block and what tsong taos and just getting around. But its cool I love the work here its extremely rewarding and you become tight with people easier for me I think. I see I am in another small ward. I love it. You have such a better opportunity to be good friends and really care for them and the strength of the ward. Brown is amazing. I am thankful to be with him. He is honestly just a good person at heart and hes funny too. I know I will learn a ton. But yeah I am doing well the work here has kind of made me become more involved and invested in our companionships work. Way cool to be in Elder Ferences district. I always think how weird it is when I see him just because he was one of my good friends before now we still are but in Bangkok. Anyways Thank you for being patient with me and for being my mission president. Elder English
