Hello Everyone 🗿 Moved to Surin

 OK so we figured out where we were all going... I moved to surin, it's out in the Esan again! Yeah! Esan people are always down to talk so therefore inviting is always a blast. We have bikes here! Whohoo! The members are fantastic! It's a smaller branch of like thirty active members. There are a lot of Returned Missionaries here its kinda cool one from London one from temple Square and one from California they are all really good at English. Also I'm put with Elder Welling who is a great guy and a great listener, is on his last transfer so I'm killing him. Hehe, we're just going super hard everyday, we're trying to pick up more investigators right now because we have a shortage of them right now. But there is way good things going here.

So really not funny story from yesterday. We were biking and I was trailing elder Welling like 15 meters behind him and then we were going through an intersection pretty fast and then I guess Elder Welling didn't see, like the sun was in his eyes so he thought nobody was coming and then I just watch as this tuk tuk (three wheeler mini car) just T-bones Welling. Sends him airborne and he lands and as he's falling he rolls and like whiplashes his head into a concrete telephone pole. Broke his helmet. Guys I thought he was dead. I rushed over there and Elder Welling just gets up and the tuk tuk driver gets out of his car and Welling was... Fine, I don't know how but he was completely fine. His leg had scratches on it and his helmet took the blow from the pole so we sat down for a bit and there was a couple people that checked him out but he's totally fine. Just a couple bruises and scratches. Nothing serious. I'm just so grateful that it wasn't worse. 

Anyways God loves you and wants to change you. You gotta let him in fully. Not halfway. I used to think that I could just read my scriptures go to church and go to church, to go through the motions was just what you did. I now know that it should be a part of every decision you make. Always having your heart turned to God. Ask yourself today what would God have me do? And then have the faith to do it. And then you will be happier after you have done it.

Weekly Letter to Mission President  - 16 Jul 2018: Hey president! Everything is going well here! We had two investigators at church. There is a family of a mom and a dad with their daughter who came and we had another investigator. The training at zone conference was good it gave me a boost to want to talk to everyone and keep my line in the water. We are trying to just work with our investigators and some LA's. I'm doing well. I'm happy. Elder English
